This is an instruction manual for parents and physicians to treat chronic bladder and/or bowel incontinence. Bowel incontinence is the most distressing dysfunction with its penetrating and pervasive foul odors where the child tends to be most resistant to correction. Efforts are focused for one hour in the day with short 3 minute sits and the use of suppositories and enemas to assure a successful bowel movement. Done daily the soiling stops and continuation results in a learning curve with fewer and shorter sits required without the suppository or enema.
