NMC RPT1 Accident Prevention Tag, "Danger DO NOT Operate", 3" Width x 6" Height, Unrippable Vinyl, Black/Red on White (Pack of 25)

The NMC accident prevention tag is made of 15 mil vinyl for water and chemical resistance, has a red, white, and black "Danger" logo on both sides for high visibility, and has blank lined areas for writing in task-specific details providing the ability to attach a customized warning at a specific location to help improve workplace safety. The tag warns of discharge for unauthorized removal and can be written on to identify the persons responsible and the project date. This tag has a tensile strength of 6,300 pounds per square inch to help resist unauthorized removal. It includes a 3/8" diameter hole and an 8" one-piece nylon cable tie for attachment. The tag measures 6 x 3 inches (H x W). (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right.) Lockout/tagout (LOTO) safety procedures require that tagout devices meet Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 1910.147(c)(5) standards for quality assurance. Lockout tags (also called safety tags) use color and warning text to help prevent machine operation or power activation during maintenance and repair.
